How much ash is required to create a memorial keepsake?

Answer:

Approximately one tablespoon of ash is required. Of that tablespoon approx a teaspoon is incorporated into the memorial during the memorial crafting process. We will return the unused portion with the finished memorials.

Question: 

Can my loved ones name and dates be inscribed on the memorial?

Answer:

Yes! We polish the bottom of each memorial keepsake and can engrave a short inscription on the polished surface of the glass.

Question: 

Can I see the ashes in my memorial glass piece?

Answer:

Yes, the ashes will appear as small white foamy spray of bubbles.

Answer:

Fields and Fields Glass Memorials are handmade by John and Heather Fields in their private hot shop located in Portland Oregon. John and Heather have been creating art glass as Fields and Fields Blown Glass for over 25 years. Their work is available in galleries across the country. What happens if my order is damaged in shipping?

Answer:

Please contact Fields and Fields Memorial Glass with in 48 hours to report a claim 503-358-7581. Refunds or Remakes are available if you are not satisfied with your memorial. We cannot accept product returns due to the inclusion of cremains in the product.
